Conclusion:
there were 36 respondents consisting of employeesand has 2 variables consisting of culture, namely training standards and work discipline, and each variable has a different influence, the first there is no effect on performance and there is an influence on performance, after being tested with simultaneous tests (F test) and results partial test (T test) there is a simultaneous significant relationship between standard training variables and disciplinary variables on employee performance. Thus, the results of his research Ho1 rejected and Ha1 accepted so that training standards have a significant effect on performance.
