Conclusion:
Employees are assets for companies in carrying out their goals in order to achieve what they aspire to, for the role of employees is an important human resource. In line with that, the first step that becomes the main key to obtaining quality human resources is the recruitment and selection process to recruit workers that are in accordance with the needs of the company, as well as the placement of suitable positions. The process of recruitment, selection and placement of employees if carried out in an appropriate, honest, careful and objective manner can be ascertained that the company will get qualified prospective employees. The type of research used to analyze the process of recruitment, selection, and employees in the Outsourcing Industry is descriptive research using a qualitative approach, in this study analyzing how the process of recruitment, selection, and placement of employees in the Outsourcing Industry to get prospective employees. Therefore, qualitative research is more appropriately used to be more in-depth analysis of the activities that occur. The results of research on the process of implementing recruitment, selection, and placement of employees in the Outsourcing Industry are generally well implemented by management. many were implemented so that there were not many obstacles encountered in the process of recruitment, selection and placement of employees.
